“Mandela Village” to honor Mandela's and Cabral's memory.

We  are proud to  communicate that our team is in the concept design phase of a new project in Guinea Bissau known as “Mandela Village”

In Bissau, the capital city, of Guinea Bissau, a West African country, we are in the process of creating a complex that will include a buiding for the South African Embassy,  an Office Block for rental,  an Auditorium, and a cultural center to honor Mandela´s and Cabral´s memory, both heroes of South Africa and Guinea Bissau.

Ordered around a circular basic shape in the traditional African creation: the “kraal”, the buildings create a multifunction open under roof space , that connect the four sections, and the landscape. A free interpretation of the original palisade and roundavel  native tipology,  together with the use of materials and decorative elements , visible reinforces the African Identity.

A distinctive element of this project is the environmental quality, operating with naturally driven temperature and air renewal systems, producing own energy through PV panels, and recycling the water

Being  a new challenge in many of the aspects, we are sure that  this project  will be a new landmark in our profile.
