TESAY INDUSTRIAL BAKERY



In Carrasco Norte, ST is finalizing a state of the art food processing plant.



Food production, by its nature, is extremely dependent on the conditions of hygiene and quality control, is why when working on this project, our specialized team applied the highest international protocols.



The project includes the 3000 m2 main building, cladded with waterproof panels, thermally insulated with sterile finishing. This is where storage spaces, cold storage, production, baking, packaging areas, are organized to achieve the output of the finished product through  the loading docks. 

The precast concrete roof and main structure ensures stability to the insulated panels that give shape to the interior space.


The floors are also a sensitive piece of the puzzle; solid 170mm concrete slabs, power floated with  polyurethane hardeners include a new technology that allows 1000 m2 pieces without contraction joints.  These floors are the life of the plant, ensuring hygiene, chemical resistance, washability and durability.

Hygiene principles made us locate  the office block isolated from production in a separate volume, with a different but harmonious aesthetics.


This kind of facilities, usually include the full range of technical installations, such as electrical, electronics, mechanical ventilation, compressed air, refrigeration, with a high level of development to ensure maximum product quality.
